Come celebrate New Year Eve with Spencer’s. Say goodbye to 2010 while enjoying Chef Glenn Wheeler's Special 5-course Gourmet Prix Fix Menu.
Gourmet Menu
Chef’s Menu will start with Cauliflower flan with American Caviar, followed by Scallops with rutabaga and white chocolate, Chef’s Jacobs Bean Soup with Artisan Italian Sausage and pistou, and a Salad with Honeycrisp apples, brie and a Champagne Vinaigrette.
Entrée choice is between Pan seared Halibut with Laughing bird Shrimp, Kimchee vegetables, and Sauce Kalbi, OR Tenderloin of Beef with Sauce Bordelaise, potato rosti, and French green beans.
You will finish with Chef’s French Toast with apples, maple, pecans, and candied bacon ice cream. Cost $75.00 per person.
